Worship
This Week
The
message for this Sunday, June 28, is entitled, “Set Free to Be Free”
and is based on Galatians 5:1. In celebration of our nation’s 233rd
birthday, the Pledge of Allegiance will be recited. An offering will be collected
that will reduce the cost of summer camps for our Royal Ambassadors and Girls in Action.
Breakfast is served starting at 9:30 A.M., Sunday School begins at 10:00 A.M., and Worship takes place in the Sanctuary
at 11:00 A.M.
Bedon’s
annual Fourth of July Fellowship will be held Sunday night, June 28, at 6:00 P.M. A new flag of the United States of America will be raised on the cemetery flagpole. Everyone is invited to bring homemade ice cream and other yummy goodies. In addition, Pastor Eric will give a history quiz. Choir
rehearsal will be held after the fellowship.
We’ll
begin the summer schedule this Wednesday night, June 24, with Youth Bible Study and RAs/GAs at 6:00 P.M., Fellowship Supper
at 6:30 P.M., and Prayer Meeting and Youth at 7:00 P.M. The Melody Makers choir is not meeting during the summer and all children should be picked up at 7:00
P.M.
